DataSite is excited for our president, Jeff Burges to be asked to participate in two of CapRate’s fall events. The first one is The Fourth Annual Southwest Data Center Summit to be held November 9th - 10th at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. Having participated in this event last year, Jeff is looking forward to taking part in the ongoing conversations around data centers and specifically, this years topic of “The Maturing Data Center Industry, Including” Renewed M&A Activity, Valuation of the Data Center Operation & the Impact of Cross-Regional International Demand“. Moderated by Cushman & Wakefield’s, Miles Loo, this panel will be discussing things such as:
- What factors are driving M&A activity and what do you see - activities increasing or decreasing in the next 12 months
- How will the increased use of cloud applications impact data center growth operators, hosting providers, etc
- Who do you believe will be the most active acquirers in 2015?
Other panelists will include Mark Bauer of Data Center Solutions Group, Jones Lang LaSalle and Rashad Kawmy, Capital Source.
If you miss him at that event, you can catch him at the first The Greater Seattle & Pacific Northwest Data Center Summit on November 17th at the Harbor Club Seattle in Seattle, Washington. Where they will be discussing this same topic! This CapRate event will be filled with topical discussions dealing with data centers and the Pacific Northwest data center market so don’t miss out on a information pack agenda!
No excuse for missing out, you have two chances to catch Jeff Burges at a CapRate event! We look forward to seeing you there!
